iPhoneVideoServer may increase the data transfer in your iPhone. If you have a limited data plan you must be aware of that. iPhoneVideoServer will not pay or refund extra money in any cases.

WARRANTY
iPhoneVideoServer does not warrant that the service we provide will be uninterrupted or error-free, we do warrant those errors will be corrected as soon as possible.

REFUND POLICY
iPhoneVideoServer offers all users a FREE TRIAL option so they can test the service before they pay for it. Once users pay for the service no refund shall be offered.

EMAIL ROBOTS OR AUTOMATED EMAIL SENDERS
iPhoneVideoServer does not allow email robots or automated email senders. If you have these type of robots which send several video emails in a short period of time, please change the email address associated with this service to a non iPhonevideoServer registered account.

POP3 PROTOCOL
Gmail and Hotmail offer access to POP3 Protocol to all their users at no extra charge. iPhoneVideoServer uses Gmail and Hotmail POP3 Protocol. If Gmail or Hotmail decide to disable POP3 or change it to a Paid service, iPhoneVideoServer will not be able to operate and no refund shall be offered.

FREE TRIAL ACCOUNT
With your free trial account you will receive 5 video conversions.
If after 180 days you have not received your 5 FREE video conversions your iPhoneVideoServer Trial account will expire.
